Boston, MA – June 23-24, 2025 — The Gold Athletics family gathered for two in-person impactful days of connection, strategy, and celebration at our Annual All-Hands Meeting. Held in the heart of Boston, this year’s meeting brought together team members from across the country to align on our goals, celebrate achievements, and plan for continued success.

Day 1: Team Unity & Market Growth
The first day kicked off with a warm Opening Statement, setting an energizing tone for the event. The morning continued with updates on Tech Development and an engaging Merchant Presentation, giving the team valuable insights into current and future product opportunities.
Before lunch, sessions on Email Marketing & Lead Generation highlighted innovative strategies to expand outreach and better serve our partners.
The afternoon featured Sales and Operations Breakout, where departments collaborated on goals and shared best practices. We wrapped up with Customer Service and Vendor Updates, ensuring everyone is aligned on delivering exceptional experiences to our supporters and partners.
After a full day of learning and collaboration, the team enjoyed an evening together team bonding at Puttshack and Tall Ship.
Day 2: Internal Alignment & Future Planning
Day two started bright and early with an Employee Exclusive Benefits Overview, ensuring everyone understands the resources available to them. Sessions on Finance Focus and Social Media followed, sparking ideas on how to enhance financial performance and digital engagement.
A highlight of the day was our guest presentation by Rocket Alumni Solutions, who shared valuable insights on what they do and how they can benefit Gold Athletics.
Late morning sessions covered Administrative Functions, and a lively discussion on Prizes and Apparel, showcasing exciting new products, all designed to motivate athletes and drive stronger community support.
After a collaborative Cross-Department Discount Production workshop, the event concluded, sending everyone off inspired and aligned on our shared mission.
