An upstart company with New England roots, we at Gold Athletics are in the middle of our most significant growth period yet. With over 75 years of collective experience in the athletic fundraising space, our mission is to provide the financial resources needed by high school & youth athletic teams to compete at a higher level. Our success is the direct result of the individual attention and outstanding service we provide. We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. Make your own schedule and manage your own path to success. Gold Athletics believes in nurturing fresh talent. As part of the #GATeam, you'll receive continuous feedback, guidance, and opportunities to attend industry clinics and events, and fast-track your career in sports fundraising alongside veteran sales representatives. Sales experience is a plus, but not a barrier to entry. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
Requirements
Core Responsibilities & Expectations
Benefit from Gold Athletics in-depth Sports Fundraising training and mentorship program designed for those new to the industry.
Seek out and form lasting relationships with athletic coaches and team leaders
Drive team sales through motivational empowerment and incentives.
Run fundraising campaigns with groups of 15-100 student-athletes
Event attendance and coverage at golf tournaments, trade shows, coaching clinics, networking events, etc.
Regular team building and networking events
Opportunity for rapid career advancement and professional development.
Qualifications & Skills
Must be self-motivated and have a desire to make impactful contributions to our team.
Must have a flexible year-round schedule to accommodate sports and coaching seasons.
Must be a proficient multi-tasker with supreme organization skills.
Must be technologically proficient. Experience with HubSpot or other CRM is highly preferred.
Passion for sports/coaching/athletics is a plus
