Gold Athletics teams crushed fundraising goals in 2025—breaking records, embracing game-changing tech, and building stronger communities every step of the way. Whether you’re a seasoned rep, a rookie coach, or a team parent cheering from the sidelines, this recap celebrates YOU—our partners in impact.

Here’s a play-by-play of everything we accomplished together in 2025.

ALL-STARS ON THE RISE: Welcoming New Reps and Rookie Rockstars

This year, Gold Athletics welcomed a powerhouse lineup of veteran reps and brand-new rookies—each one ready to bring the hustle, heart, and strategy that defines a winning season.

The new GA reps that joined the team in 2025.

Our new team members wasted no time getting in the game—some leading fundraisers within their first month on the field. From quick-start wins to building long-term partnerships, these new reps are already helping teams raise more with less stress.

FUNDRAISING JUST GOT SWEETER: New Gourmet Cookies and Tumblers

2025 marked the launch of our most delicious (and stylish) products yet. Gold Athletics introduced a mouthwatering gourmet cookie line and additional premium tumblers that had teams and supporters raving.

New tumbler designs and gourmet cookies were added to the lineup in 2025.

Whether sold online or in person, these additions boosted average order values and drove serious results for programs nationwide. Teams loved the variety - supporters loved the quality. It’s a win-win.

CHAMPIONSHIP HUDDLES: Summer Meeting + Key Gatherings

We brought the heat at our Annual Summer Meeting, where the whole company gathered in Boston again for inspiration, education, and team building. From powerful breakout sessions to presentations that fired us up for the season, it was one of our most productive events yet.

Throughout the year, we also held sales & rookie meetings along with remote huddles—staying connected, sharing success stories, and leveling up our game plan across the board.

REPPING GA AT CLINICS & CONFERENCES

Gold Athletics showed up in force at this year’s clinics and coaching conferences, connecting with hundreds of new teams and deepening relationships with returning partners. Whether in the gym, on the turf, or at the booth, our message was loud and clear: we’re here to make fundraising faster, simpler, and more rewarding than ever before.

NEW PARTNERSHIP: Rocket Alumni Solutions

In 2025, Gold Athletics launched an exciting new partnership with Rocket Alumni Solutions, the leading provider of Touchscreen Hall of Fame software and a company specializing in preserving and showcasing school legacies through state-of-the-art digital displays.

Together, Gold Athletics and Rocket Alumni Solutions will empower schools to preserve history, celebrate achievements, and showcase school pride in modern, lasting ways.

This exclusive partnership reflects Gold Athletics’ ongoing drive to equip the next generation with more than just resources for today—it’s about investing in the traditions, pride, and memories that last forever.

“We’re proud to partner with Gold Athletics to give every school—no matter its budget—the ability to celebrate student accomplishments, preserve its history, and recognize the people who make a difference. From parents and faculty to alumni and community members, everyone who impacts a student’s journey deserves to be honored.” — Chase McKee, CEO, Rocket Alumni Solutions
NEW FACES IN OPERATIONS: Meet the CMO

Welcome, Andre!

In 2025, we welcomed Andre Johnson as our new Chief Marketing Officer, bringing bold ideas and sharp execution to every corner of our marketing strategy.

Andre hit the ground running—revamping campaign messaging, leveling up rep materials, and creating smarter marketing workflows that make it easier than ever to tell the GA story.

“In 2025, our focus was on building the foundation—stabilizing email deliverability, improving attribution, strengthening SEO, and modernizing our outreach. Everything we implemented was designed to connect performance to real growth and position Gold Athletics for stronger brand authority, AI visibility, and sustained momentum in 2026.” — Andre Johnson, CMO

POWERED BY AI: Cassidy & Merchant Outreach 2.0

Say hello to Cassidy, our AI-powered customer support agent who answers FAQs, tracks orders, and handles support inquiries via chat and phone. When a question goes beyond Cassidy’s playbook, she creates a detailed support ticket—making handoffs to the human team seamless and efficient.

Merchant Outreach Tool: More Local Love, Less Work

We supercharged our merchant onboarding process with an AI-integrated outreach tool, saving time and increasing local business participation.

“What used to take hours of manual work - researching and entering business info - is now handled in minutes by our new AI-powered tool. It finds local businesses, pulls their contact info, and helps us send invites automatically. Total game changer.” — Julie Ross, Gold Athletics Merchant Team

This tool scans the web using smart filters to find local businesses aligned with each team’s preferences. It pulls in contact details, adds them to our system, and crafts custom invites - freeing up our human team to focus on relationship-building.

APP UPDATES: The New Gold Standard in Fundraising

2025 and upcoming GA app updates

Kickstart Campaigns (LIVE)

This year, we introduced Kickstart Campaigns, giving leaders and participants a chance to join fundraisers weeks before the official start. That extra runway helped build buzz, boost early momentum, and lock in more participation from day one.

Mobile Phone Login (COMING SOON)

We’re simplifying how users access the GA App - switching from email logins to mobile phone numbers. This update (coming early 2026) will make logging in easier and faster for participants and coaches alike.

GA APP 2.0: A Complete Redesign

Our most ambitious tech upgrade ever, GA App 2.0 delivers a bold new look and a data-driven backend that makes coaching and tracking fundraisers easier than ever. From real-time analytics to improved navigation, the new UI/UX is built for performance.

Get ready—fundraising is about to feel like second nature.

LOOKING AHEAD TO 2026

We’re just getting started.

With a stronger team, smarter tools, and unbeatable fundraising results, Gold Athletics is entering 2026 with unstoppable momentum. Thank you to our reps, coaches, athletes, and communities for making this past year one for the record books.
