I see two different apps when I search “Gold Athletics” in the App Store.  Which one do I use?

We do have two apps! Unless you are participant in a team fundraiser, the app you’ll want to download is GoldDeals+. The icon you should see looks like a little gray, black, and gold wallet (see above)

I'm accessing GoldDeals+ for the first time. What do I do?

All three methods of purchase have easy access to the GoldDeals+ network!

1.  I purchased a physical card from a participant with CASH and need the Gold Card ID to access the Digital Gold Card – where do I find it?

- If you paid cash to purchase a physical Gold Card, and you have an actual printed card/ticket in your hand, the 8-digit code is found on the BACK of the top panel. - ID: ########

- To access GoldDeals+, download the app and tap “Sign Up” on the log-in screen.  Input your information and the Gold Card ID from your physical card. When you’ve completed the sign-up info, tap “Sign Up”.

- The digital version of your Gold Card will be added to your Gold Wallet for immediate use!

2.  I purchased a physical card from a participant ONLINE and want to access the Digital Gold Card – how do I log in? 

- If you paid online via credit card (including ApplePay, Venmo, or PayPal), you were asked to enter your mobile phone number at checkout. 
- A "Welcome to GoldDeals+" message was sent via email and text.  Simply download the GoldDeals+ app from either invitation, enter your phone number and tap “Login via one-time code” on the welcome screen.

- You’ll be texted a code to access your account, and you will be prompted to enter/change your password for future log-ins.
- The digital version of your physical card will be added to your Gold Wallet for immediate use!

- Please Note; The participant will still be hand-delivering your physical card. You'll find the same deals PLUS thousands of other nationwide offers on GoldDeals+!

3.  I purchased a digital card from a participant ONLINE– how do I log in?

- If you paid online via credit card (including ApplePay, Venmo, or PayPal), you were asked to enter your mobile phone number at checkout.

- A "Welcome to GoldDeals+" message was sent via email and text.  Simply download the GoldDeals+ app from either invitation, enter your phone number and tap “Login via one-time code” on the welcome screen.

- You’ll be texted a code to access your account, and you will be prompted to enter/change your password for future log-ins.
- The card(s) you purchased will be waiting in your Gold Wallet for immediate use!

I already have GoldDeals+, and I bought a new Gold Card. How do I add it to my Gold Wallet?

On the bottom right of the GoldDeals+ home screen, tap  +add card then enter the 8-digit Gold Card ID from your new card, then tap “Submit”. The new card will be instantly available in your Gold Wallet for redemption.  If the offers on this new card expire at a later date than the offers on your previous Gold Cards, then your membership to the GoldDeals+ network has been extended as well!

My Gold Card ID isn’t working.

Are you sure you’re using GoldDeals+?  Double check that your app icon looks like a little gray, black, and gold wallet.   If not, return to your phone’s app store and download the correct app. If you are using GoldDeals+ and the code is still not working, please text us at (888) 531-7074.

How do I access the additional Online Deals?

  • On the GoldDeals+ home screen where your Active Gold Cards live, and find the "banner" offer fixed at the top that reads THOUSANDS MORE ONLINE OFFERS NATIONWIDE! Make note of the Member ID (you'll need it in a second)and tap "Click Here to Save Online" .

  • The online offer network webpage will automatically open in your phone's browser.

  • Tap the "Profile" icon at the top right (it looks like a little white and gold person) - the Profile dropdown menu will offer two login options, Tap the "Sign Up" option.  

  • Fill in your email address, and tap "Next". 

  • Here's where it will ask for your registration code - this was the Member ID provided in the banner link on GoldDeals+.  Type it in, and tap "Next".

  • Enter your name, and tap "Next".

  • Choose a password, and tap "Next".

  • You're in.  Enjoy the online savings!

I bought more than one Digital Gold Card - how do I gift one to someone else?

  • On the GoldDeals+ home screen, tap “Transfer” on the card you wish to gift. Enter the first name and mobile phone number of the person you wish to send it to. You can also tap “Access Contacts” to use your phone’s personal contacts.

  • Once you tap “Transfer Card”, the recipient will get a text/SMS message that says you’ve transferred them a Digital Gold Card, and shares a link to download GoldDeals+ to receive the transfer.   They can tap “Login via one-time code” to access their account.

  • Make sure to confirm the accuracy of the phone number you enter – a Gold Card can only be transferred once!

How do I USE the offers on the digital Gold Cards?

Great question! We get this all the time.

  • From the Active Cards list, tap "Offers" on the Gold Card product you want to use. Or tap on the "Browse" tab to search through store categories.

  • Tap "Available Offers" on the store you would like to visit.

  • View the deals and discounts that store offers, and tap "Redeem Now" on the one you'd like to use.

  • To fully redeem your offer, tap "Redeem Now" again, and "Confirm" your selection - this will start a 5-minute timer allowing the cashier/employee at the store to view offer details. 

  • Once the 5-minute timer expires, the offer has been fully redeemed, and you will not be able to use the offer again that day.

  • Tap "Done" once the offer has been redeemed by the cashier.

I forgot my password (or want to change it) - How do I do that?

Forget your password? No problem.

  • On the Login screen, type in your mobile phone number, and tap "Login via one-time code".  

  • A 6-digit verification code will be sent via text/SMS to that phone number.

  • Enter the verification code into the 6 text boxes on the prompt screen, then tap "Verify Code".

Already in the app and want to change your password?

  • Navigate to the Profile tab and tap on "Change Password".

  • Don't forget - passwords require at least one letter, one number, and one special character.
