How do I use the digital Gold Cards?

Great question! We get this all the time.

  • From the Active Cards list, tap "Offers" on the Gold Card product you want to use. Or, tap on the "Browse" tab to search through store categories.

  • Tap "Available Offers" on the store you would like to visit.

  • View the deals and discounts that store offers, and tap "Redeem Now" on the one you'd like to use.

  • To fully redeem your offer, tap "Redeem Now" again, and "Confirm" your selection - this will start a 5-minute timer allowing the cashier/employee at the store to view offer details. 

  • Once the 5-minute timer expires, the offer has been fully redeemed, and you will not be able to use the offer again until the next day.

  • Tap "Done" once the offer has been redeemed by the cashier.


How do I reset my password?

Forget your password? No problem.

  • On the Login screen, type in your mobile phone number, and tap "Login via one-time code".  

  • A 6-digit verification code will be sent via SMS to that phone number.

  • Enter the verification code into the 6 text boxes on the prompt screen, then tap "Verify Code.

Already in the app and want to change your password?

  • Navigate to the Profile tab and tap on Change Password.

  • Don't forget - all password require at least one letter, one number, and one special character.


I never got a Join Code when I purchased a digital Gold Card online. How can I access my card?

  • Missing a Join Code? Anyone that ordered online and is missing a Join Code can access the GoldDeals+ app using the “Login using one-time code” feature on the home screen.  It will ask you to verify your phone number – if you provided that phone when you made your purchase online, it’ll recognize what product you purchased and how many.  Your digital Gold Cards will appear in your Active Cards list right away! Similar instructions are also available on the receipt you were emailed for your purchase.
